Information clarified before the order
Product name, quantity, packaging, stock status, total price including taxes, transportation costs, if any, payment method and delivery plan are clarified between the company and the customer. Photos exemplify the presentation of the product; The size and color of natural products may vary depending on the batch. A price or delivery time that is not written on the site should not be assumed.
Consumer transactions
If a distance sales contract is to be established, the necessary preliminary information regarding the identity and contact information of the seller, the basic characteristics of the product, the total price, delivery, complaints and the right of withdrawal must be conveyed to the customer before the contract is established. This page does not replace the order-specific preliminary information and contract.
Return, withdrawal and delivery issues
The right of withdrawal and legal exceptions, if any, are evaluated according to the concrete nature of the product and transaction conditions. A rule stating that there is no right of return for all food products in bulk does not apply. Legal rights regarding the defective product are reserved.
